What the shop shows and sells, with prices, facts and pictures. A product with no record here uses the values in the code until its first change. Nothing sells until it is Available, its approval is recorded and, on the live site, every item on its checklist is in place.

Featured products lead the shop home; every list shows products by their order, lowest first.

One delivery charge per order, shown in the cart before paying. ₹0 is allowed and is shown as ₹0 (free delivery). Left empty, the charge is not set and the live site can’t take orders.

Held is stock in orders waiting for payment; it goes back by itself if they aren’t paid in time. Every change is kept in the stock ledger with your name and the reason.

One code per order. Uses count unpaid orders holding a code as well as paid ones; a cancelled or expired order gives its use back. A code’s discount, start and products can’t be changed once made: pause it and make a new one.

Emails and WhatsApp updates to customers, and the alerts to the shop’s inbox. A WhatsApp message shows “Accepted” when WhatsApp took it; “Sent”, “Delivered” and “Read” appear only when WhatsApp reports them.

What each email and WhatsApp update says, and whether each provider is set up. “Set up” means the settings are there; whether a provider accepts them shows when it is used. Failed messages are sent again from Notifications.

Who may sign in here, and what each can do. A viewer reads, with customers’ contact details hidden; an operator also accepts, packs and ships orders, cancels unshipped ones with their refund, records returns and changes stock; an owner also refunds returned orders and manages codes, staff, store settings and selling. The shop always keeps one active owner. Every change is in Activity.
